  • If you receive an eviction notice, please reach out.  We are part of a county-wide eviction prevention network to help people stay in their homes and apartments.  Reach out to us - the deadline to apply for help is November 4

  • ​For those who receive electricity through Ephrata Borough, electric shut off letters continue to be mailed.  If you owe money, please call the Borough (717.738.9222) or stop into the borough office to set up a payment plan.  If you are denied a payment plan or need further help, please click here and someone will contact you to help.

  • If you are working with CAP to help you with utility assistance, please drop off paperwork at the Community Commons building at the side door drop box. You may also apply online at caplanc.org/utilities.

  • If you or someone you know is or will be experiencing homelessness, please call CHART (Community Homeless Assessment and Referral Team) @ 717.397.5182 option #3.  This service is through Tabor. They are experts at knowing what programs people may qualify for based on the information you provide.
